Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect

Items that are perishable or have an expiration date

How to return an item:

Please contact us at info@bebettergreens.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Once you have received an RA number, please pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include a copy of your packing slip with the returned item.

Ship the returned item to the following address:

We recommend that you return the item with a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business 1 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.  

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, if available. Please contact us to request an exchange and we will be happy to assist you.
